Outta all players who have played for the Red Wings from 1990-Present who will eventually get there #’s retired with #1 Terry Sawchuck, #7 Ted Lindsay, #9 Gordie Howe, #10 Alex Delvecchio, #12 Sid Abel and #19 Steve Yzerman?

Lidstrom is a no-brainer

IF (and this is a big IF) Zetterberg plays out his entire contract, and stays at a point/game pace, then I can see #40 up there too (well I can’t, I’ll probably be dead by then).

IF (and again, a big IF) if Datsyuk signs another contract, and maintains his present pace, then again, I can see #13 being up there.

However, seeing #13 and #40 is predicated on long term consistent production from these two, and not a slowdown like Fedorov encountered. While Datsyuk is the more skilled player, I think Zetterberg has a better all round game and is more likely of the two to see his number retired.
