If Los Angeles had constructed a new Stadium back in the 1990′s, do you think the Raiders and Rams would still?

be in Los Angeles? Because most answers I get on here people say the reason why the Rams and Raiders left L.A., or just the reason why L.A., the largest city in America without an NFL team, doesn’t have one because Los Angeles Sports fans are Fairweather, Wishy-Washy fans, Bandwagoners, people who only support a team that is constantly winning. Thats the main reason why they left because they were not winning. I also heard because L.A. could not come to an agreement or proposal to build a new Stadium, since the Raiders and Rams got tired of using the Coliseum or Rose Bowl, where USC and UCLA play at.
So do you think L.A. would not have lost the Rams and Raiders if they had constructed a new Stadium?
I’m saying that Los Angeles Sports fans are Fairweather fans, bandwagoners, not just all of Southern California because that includes San Diego.
