Do you believe the full auto weapons ban is constitutional?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Do you think the full auto ban infringes? Thats all you really have to answer.
Oh man I’m so glad that things have changed. Used to be that people needed guns just in case their government turned on them. But now they would never do that. that’s good.
The second amendment was written in 1790. Times have changed. We have police forces and a National guard to take of law and order, these days. But automatic weapons in the hands of a crackpot is beyond common sense, when they can kill multiple people at a time.
