Is there a lot of math involved with being an auto mechanic?

I am looking at my options for when I graduate high school. I have NEVER been keen on working with my hands, and I have never even touched car parts, but I was considering goign to mechanic apprentice. it’s easy money and it seems simple… except for math. I have NEVER EVER been good at math. My math skills are probably at a Grade 9 level and im in grade 12. My best subject would probably be geometry. is there lots of math involved with repairs?

sounds you might make a good city employee. possibly garbage pick up . but then you need to read street numbers.
