Autograph Oml

I recently purchased a autographed baseball?
It is signed on a OML BILL WHITE National League Pres.ball
It seems no one can tell whose autograph it is- it had to be signed between 1989-1994 as that is when White was President -The last name looks like it could be Manuel and #49 is also on the ball.
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.
