I’d really like to know if you have any utility slots,and how many offensive players are on your bench;
Because I like to package offensive backups with offensive starters for (1) better offensive starter..
Then in the created vacant roster spot,pickup an SP,and/or a closer to increase my team’s Ws,Ks,
and/or saves.
With teams playing several times per week you DON’T NEED large offensive benches,and in such a small league there’s gotta be quality arms on the waiver wire.It’d be a win win situation for you.
Example offer: Zobrist+Ibanez for Hanley Ramirez,,then pick up someone like Trevor Hoffman,or Francisco Liriano (I REALLY LIKE HIM THIS YEAR.) in the open roster spot..
And/or offer: Pedroia+Victorino for Utley,,or Kinsler
Your team is good,you drafted well,but I think you need higher QUALITY hitters,and a higher QUANTITY of pitchers to win it all.
