Have you ever met a MLB player in person?

I only met a MLb player once. 1991 NL MVP & batting champion Terry Pendleton when i let him borrow my sharpie to sign autographs. He is now the Braves hitting coach, very cool guy.
Have you met any MVP’s or just any players?

I was serving at Denny’s Restaurant in Rochester NY when I was in college and I served Ruben Sierra. He was in Rochester playing for the farm team Rochester Red Wings while he was rehabbing his arm. It was crazy to see him in Denny’s! I was like “has anyone ever told you that you look like Ruben Sierra?” His response: “I am him.” lol…He even got out his ID to prove it because I was so shocked I was like “NO WAY”

I still have his autograph and will never forget that story!
