How come no one knows that Bush signed executive order stating fbi can not go after al-qaeda?
Executive order W199-eye stated that the FBI can not go after Al-Qaeda.
But, yet, we are to believe that we are “going after” Al-Qaeda so an attack would never happen again??

Many sources have claimed that George W.Bush signed an Executive Order, ordering Federal agents to “back off the bin Ladens” in the run up to Sept 11th. The alleged Executive Order in question seems to be W199I-WF-213589 but our investigations have been unable to find the text of this order. Indeed, that reference/number doesn’t appear to be consistent with Presidential Executive Orders, which all appear to have a standard 5-digit reference.
