Computer Start up, compute boots and nothing more to display?
I have a HPDV4 Pavilion Laptop, recently when i put it on, nothing comes on the screen, and i have two flash lights one at the CAP lock and Scroll/Num Lock. after which the system just remain blank. pls any suggestions and or process to follow to bring the system back on would be highly appreciated.
thanks
turn it off then turn it back on when it’s at the manufactures splash screen (where it shows HP.. Or hatever it may say) press F8 (the usual key) or just press them methodically until you get a screen that says “last known good boot configuration” this will make it last for one boot, go in and uninstall any recent software you’ve installed as i assume you’re running windows 7 at my school we had a compatibility issue with something along those lines and it was an incompatible program doing it. once you’ve uninstalled it if you reboot you hsould be good.
