WHo are the greatest college quarterbacks to not make it in the NFL?
Who are the greatest college quarterbacks who either were never drafted (jason white/charlie ward), drafted and busted (ryan leaf), or just plan didn’t make it (got drafted and got buried in the depth charts)???
I am an OU fan and it pains me to say, Tommy Frazier. He led the Huskers to back-to-back national championships in ’94 and ’95. In ’95 he helped destroy FSU 62-24. He was the perfect option quarterback.
