why doesnt mike sciocia go with justin speier and scot shields and franki?

As a fellow Angels fan, I feel your pain. It drives me nuts when Scioscia gives some guys a ton of chances to produce in middle relief and they give up a ton of runs consistently (like Kevin Gregg last year). The only problem is that you need more than 3 guys in your pen or you will wear out your best relievers and risk injury. I’d say Scioscia needs to try out some different guys untill they get some better consistency rather than force the issue with guys who just aren’t getting it done.
