Is this hockey jersey fake?

It has a certificate of authenticity and has the tags on it. It looks legit but im wondering why they’re selling for so little. Maybe its just not a popular jersey? I don’t really care about the signature I just wanted a Hossa jersey and this is the cheapest yet most authentic (looking) one. I asked the guy and he said its real and his feedback is 100%…
if the seller is feedback is 100%, most likely the seller is trustworthy.
