When I checked this, my answer was 120, but that isn’t a choice that is given. Can someone explain this to me?

The ratio 6:5:4:3 adds up to 18. So each batch of 18 cards can be shared in that ratio. There are 20 batches in 360 cards. Multiply the ratio numbers by 20, to get:

120 : 100 : 80 : 60

Check: that adds up to 360 cards.

So the greatest number is 120, just like you said. Something is missing from the problem, or the book is wrong.
