In Photoshop CS5 how can I use color face as reference and apply the color to B/W photo?

I have few photos of my Grand- Grandma, but they are in b/w. My Grandma has a bunch of color photos as a reference. Since my grad-grandma, and my grandma look very similar, can I transfer every aspect of a color face to b/w photo? I am aware how to colorize photos by choosing made up colors, which is unoriginal. It would make sense to produce real color. Any thoughts?
