how can I write to someone on Twitter?

I signed up on Twitter but i don’t really know how to use it. I am a huge Anderson Cooper lover and I would like to follow him

Click on “Find People” in the top left corner. Then type “Anderson Cooper” into the search bar. Usually the first choice is the most popular. He might not have a twitter but his show probably does. Be wary because some pages might not be real. You can select “Follow” for whoever you want to follow. Then you can read all of their posts and they will come up on your Twitter page, because you are following them. Hope this helps!
