Banana Cure For Warts, Health And Incredible Strength

The banana is one of the most well-known fruits in the world and I will have to say, it certainly does have appeal!  Did you know the banana cure for warts, health and amazing strength?   Get ready, because you will be going banana’s over this article!

Earl Mindell, also known as America’s number one vitamin doctor, picked the banana as the one fruit, that he would want to have, if he was stranded on an island.  He stated that he could live off of the banana and water, if he had too!  So why did Dr. Mindell pick the banana as his number one choice?  I will tell you why, because a banana can give you complete nutrition, like no other fruit!

There are so many online banana remedies, that one article will not suffice, but I will give you the best information that I can.  If you’ve ever had plantar’s warts, you will know it’s a real pain to deal with and to have them treated.  When I was a young kid, I did not know about the banana cure for warts and I wish I did back then!  

I had a doctor dig out my plantar’s warts and oh boy did it hurt!  All I had to do back then was put a banana peel on my wart and that would have worked!  This is why we need to educate ourselves on natural medicine, because it just may help keep us from going through unnecessary pain!  You have to keep the ripe banana peel on all day and only take it off when you are showering or bathing.

Working in a corporate environment may only leave you the choice of those unhealthy vending machines and my advice is to avoid them.  It’s much better to have a banana as a snack at work, because you will be much more attentive and have a better attitude throughout the day.  The banana will keep your energy level up and give you a sense of well-being.  I would also suggest not drinking anymore Pepsi or any other soft drink for that matter at your job.  Soft drinks may give you a boost for about an hour and then you will come crashing down!

If you are a diabetic, you might want to think about adding bananas to your diet.  From what I could find online and in my herbal books, there is strong evidence to support eating a banana to offset insulin shock!  This is a good reason why you should carry a banana with you throughout the day, because you never know when you’re going to need it.

I had a good friend who no matter what he ate, just could not put on weight.  This poor guy was a skinny as a pole and it was unhealthy.  He tried drinking proteins drinks and whatever he could get his hands on at GNC.  Sadly, he told me that nothing would work and I said, let’s try something.
