What would be a very good final episode title for the final season of Dexter sometime in the future?
A. The demise of Dexter
B. Afterlife
C. Farewell, Dexter Morgan
D. A chance for someone else
Why do all of the episodes hint to him dying?
Well I like A. cause of the dd, but they are not the best.
