it has a lot of wear on the card. at the very best it would rate seven out of ten . it is not a 25 dollar card . with a lot of luck in this condition 12 to 15 dollars , and that is the absoulute max . i would try to aviod this card for resale . put 6 dollar bid . that should take it . try not to exceeed 9 dollars . 6 to 7 will get card . notice no bids tet . shows condition of card . 25 qoute mint shape .
