How long until a World of Warcraft game card expires, if not activated?
I received a WoW prepaid game card for Christmas, but it’s hard for me to play WoW when I’m at university, and I will be from January to April, so it would be wasted if I activated the 60 consecutive days. I read on the box that there are fees after the pre-paid period expires, but I read online that only applies to European servers. If I waited to activate my card until, say, May, could I do that? Would there be a fee if I could?
You can activate the card anytime you like. There are no fees for waiting.
The card does not expire. That’s because Blizzard doesn’t know how long it was sitting on the store shelf. Unlike most game cards they are not “activated” or “loaded” at the cash register when they’re bought.
