Indian marrying italian in UK church marriage?
Hi All,
This website is really useful. Can anyone please advice me?
I am an indian working in UK on a workpermit visa in london. My girl friend who is an italian living in italy. We would like to get marry in UK.But i will be going back to india in 2 months time since my work contract ends here and should work in india. So its risky to apply COA, since it may take more than 2 months.
So we decided to get marry in Anglican church. My questions are?
* I am an Hindu and my gf is an catholic. Can we able to marry in anglican church or do we need to convert ourself?
* Can we marry any place where the Italian government recognises our marriage, so i can apply italian spouse visa and using that csan come to UK.
Thanks in advance
PLEASE NO FUNNY COMMENTS.
Anglican priests are not usually interested in marrying people who are not Anglicans and do not attend their church.
