Whats the best way to get an Irish (or any other) passport signed without knowing a proffessional?
I also need it for tommorrow, can (or will) a bank manager that doesn’t know you sign it?
It has to be someone who has known you for a number of years. A civil servant, schoolteacher, minister, or priest can sign it for you.
