How much is a signed baseball from 1979 San Diego Padres team Worth?
I have a baseball that I bought at a yard sale years ago from a girl who said it was her grandfathers. Its been in a plastic ball case. I was just looking at it and the names arent that great, like faded, but it has like Ozzie Smith, Jay Johnstone, Steve Mura, Barry Evans, Doug Rader, Gaylord Perry, Bill Fahey, Randy Jones, Fred Kendall, Dave Winfield to name a few. I searched online and it looks like its from 1979 San Diego Padres, but I cant find anywhere to either sell it or find out what its worth? Any ideas?
Without knowing the condition of the ball and signatures and if the signatures are authentic, take it to an appraiser to determine the valiue and worth.
Best case – maybe $50.
