Red Sox Owner John Henry said that it’s time for the smaller market team Owners to stop putting the ->?
Money they make from revenue sharing in their own pockets & spend it on getting players. Your thoughts on this?
Heard this on WFAN Sports Radio station today.
Owners who pocket money are just adding to the problems of baseball. This is not the case with all teams. It’s always a…”well if…” or “they should” or “there needs to be” Listening to the arguments of money over the uneven baseball field never ends. The ones with the money point fingers, the ones without point fingers. I have a hard time believing that all owners are pocketing enough cash to cover a 200 million dollar payroll for their teams.
This is why nothing ever gets resolved, all the back and forth banter never resolves a thing. It’s like the age old argument, “well my dad could beat up your dad”
