entitlement to dentist treatment?
on the nhs, if you dont have proof of income based JSA yet
would your dentist be able to give you a form to get signed from jobcentre stating your entitled. or would the jobcentre print or stamp something that says you can get dental treatment?
thanks i cant phoned dentist as its shut now. i need dental treatment and have an appointment but they said i need proof of jsa
i have my jobseekers signing on packet that i take in but probably need a letter too
just provide your National Insurance number and they can check your benefits for themselves
