How could I get a body like bruce lee or roy jones?
I am already 140, I want to 150 or 155 all muscle.
that is simple man. depends on your body type. some people have a bigger natural body, which means that if they work out they will get a big body. you, however, sound like you have a thin frame. what i recommend for you is that you work out a lot. do a lot of reps, but here’s the trick: keep the weight light. dont go off trying to lift a lot because your body will not get bigger, it will just strain and rip your muscle tissue. do a lot of lightweight reps on the machines. bench press a max of 135 lbs and dont try anything too fancy. mix up your routines with jogging and aerobic exercises. this along with a healthy vegetable-heavy diet, will cut up your body so you look like bruce lee or even usher. do lots and lots of abdominal exercises because that can be your best looking body part if you work at it. forget big arms and big chest because you cannot get that. work on chiseling your body. avoid eating a lot of red meat and bread as this will give you a little belly. drink lots of water daily and keep a good workout/jogging routine. i hope this helps you.
