what can I do about buying a lemon in KY?

I BOUGHT A VEHICLE 7 DAYS AGO AND TODAY IT BLEW UP. I DID SIGN THE AS IS FORM, BUT I WAS WONDERING IF THE DEALER HAS ANY RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL?

As-is, if you had bothered to look it up: Immediately releases the seller from ANY and ALL legal responsibility of the vehicle at the time of purchase.

That’s what you agreed to.

So why are you asking if they have responsibility, when you state that you signed paper work to release them from it?

Also, the car is not a “lemon”. The lemon law only applies to new vehicles.

What you SHOULD have done, is taken the car to a mechanic, had it inspected, and attempted to get a warranty.

I’m guessing you did none of those things. Don’t fault the seller for your poor decision.
