Should i believe in these love signs?

i knw its really juvenile but hey im only 13. i’ve liked this guy since 6th but not as much as i do right now and im in 7th we have 3 classes together and i knw its puppy love but i want him i’ve been thinking lately about it and his name is everywhere. Should i take them as signs? Good or Bad? and idk if he will evr ask me out cuz he went out with my best friend so i was planning on doing it myself? Is that a good idea or not?
