How to get rid of “We noticed you may have signed in or signed out in another window. Click OK to reload”?

I definitely do not have another window open, I have done re-boot, everything else, and still i cannot use yahoo email. Clicking OK to the msg. only brings back the same msg.

Are you using New Yahoo Mail which has a built-in messenger and have the regular messenger installed additionally? Because when Yahoo detects that you’ve already signed into Yahoo Mail, it will disconnect you when you try to sign into messenger or vice versa – hence the message… To get rid of your problem simply disable chat in your mail (!) account by clicking the smiley and following the prompts. Yahoo remembers your settings until you change them.
