How can a US middle school abtain performing rights to Lionel Bart’s Oliver!?

I would like to secure rights quickly, as school just started, and I am the new teacher, but the show is sceduled for mid-January. I need to know whom to contact, how much rights will cost, and what if any legal contract details need to be signed.
