where did pavel bure train as a kid and what kind of training did he do?

Pavel Bure attended Red Army Hockey School since his early playing days. His father was an Olympic swimmer and set Pavel up at the facility. He started playing competitively at age 7. In a book I read on Wayne Gretzky’s life, he said he traveled to russia in 1983, when Bure was just 12. He said Bure was amazing for his age, and was focusing on skating drills pre dominantly. Gretzky mentioned Bure was on the ice during the morning with Viktor Tikhonov, and often in the afternoon would be swimming.
