Drew Peterson finally charged of murder of Kathleen Savio, his third wife. Thoughts?

It’s about time. There’s no doubt he’ll be convicted. The problem is why is supposedly getting on 60 years max for first degree murder. The scum deserves death penalty. Nothing less. I hope Staci Peterson’s body will be found soon. No sign she’s alive.
