How long before the Penguins win The Cup?
In 1995 the Quebec Nordiques franchise relocated to Denver, Colorado and one year later in 1996 they won Lord Stanley’s Cup. In 1997 the Hartford Whalers relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina and nine years later they too won the Holy Grail of hockey. It now looks like there is a strong possibility that one of the leagues best teams, currently known as the Pittsburgh Penguins, is about to relocate to another city. So my question is, how long before they too hoist Lord Stanley’s Mug?
This is the last year of the Penguins-so they will never win it as the Penguins-maybe the KC Roadapples will win it in two years.
