Does Graham Harrell of the Texas Tech Raiders have the potential to be a franchise NFL quarterback?
Could he be a “steal” in this year’s draft?
No. He’s a system quarterback. His workouts at the Senior Bowl and at the Texas Tech pro day have done nothing but solidify that he is a system quarterback. No quarterback that Mike Leach has ever coached has been able to sustain an NFL roster spot.
