How much is the registration fee for Lucille Roberts 12 a month no contract plan?

I never had gym membership experience before. 12 a month is great for a gym service but I’m worried that registration fee is too high. Anyone signed up for this kind of deal of Lucille Roberts. And how hard is it to terminate the service? because i am not planning on doing this for a long time. I have been researching and found a lot of horrible experiences with LR’s billing regardless of no contract or with commitment. Thanks.
