Are there any definites in this years expansion era ballot for the 2010 veterans comitee MLB HOF?

Steinbrenner might get in for rejuvenating the Yankee franchise.

All of the players should vote for Marvin Miller as without him they probably wouldn’t be making anywhere near as much in salary.

Personally I would support Billy Martin. He had instant success with every team he managed (Minnesota, Detroit, Texas, New York, Oakland). He wore out his welcome quickly but you can’t argue with the results. For example: In 1973 the Texas Rangers were 47-91 under Whitey Herzog (57-105 overall). Herzog was elected to the Hall of Fame by the Veterans committee last year. In 1974 Billy Martin managed pretty much the same Texas team and went 84-76. That’s a 27 game improvement over a Hall of Fame manager!!!!!
