What is a typical payment plan a credit card company will set up?
I have been out of work the past six months finally got a job and got my first check. Gotta start a payment plan with citi cards. Going to call them tomorrow, wondering if anyone has any tips or advice?
I’ve heard if you offer to close the card they will often give you a much lower interest rate and set you up on a payment plan. Have you heard of this? How do I go about this?
not any more -=- the interest will continue until you get it paid off — be nice but firm and do not over commit yourself if all you really can afford is 50 a month than stick to that amount — what is agreed to follow up in writing and keep a copy of the letter you mail to them!!!
