Is it possible for someone to fake a COA and a Hologram?

recently bought an item from someone and it comes with two COA’s. One from Steiner Sports and the other from a lesser known authenticator. Anyway, it comes affixed with a matching hologram from each of the authenticators. However, one (of the two) signatures seems to vary slightly from how the athlete usually signs it. My opinion is that it was either forged, or it is just a really old autograph which it looks to be. Is it possible for someone to forge a Certificate of authenticity AND a matching hologram? Or am I just paranoid…

Of course they can be forged provided the forgers have the technology to do so. Problem is that the technology is more wide spread every day.
