Please explain the world crushing scandal you are alluding to. The house of Windsor is not an international conspiracy. The Duke of Windsor died a good long time before 2005. He died in 1972. Your writing style comes across as a sort of Walter Winchell thing. Is this one of those dispossessed true heirs and rightful king of England kind of things, like Perkin Warbeck, or Anastasia Romanov?
