Please help me about the SATs?

I am currently a junior a high school and I have taken the SAT only once back in December. I took it without any studying to see how I would do and I received a combined score of 1820 which is A LOT lower than I hoped to have as my final sat score which I hoped to be at least in the 2000. I planned on studying the rest of the year and taking it again june 4. But procrastination got the best of me and I didn’t study nor sign up. what do I do seeing as the next sat is only in october and I need to be applying for colleges at the beginning of fall?? I was hoping to go to FSU or UF. (I have never taken the act and the next date for them is the beginning of september)

Get an SAT prep book and keep doing tests over the summer to PRACTICE. I can’t get over how important practice is. I did a prep course where I’d do a practice SAT test every weekend — not only did it help improve my endurance during the long test, but it familiarized the questions for me.

Do your best not to overexert yourself, because you could burn out too.
