Why Your Property Is Still On The Market?

Paint is everyone’s best friend when it comes to making old things fresh.  Take note that buyers do not only consider the price.  They need to see the exterior as well as the interior and judge if the price is indeed fit for the price.

A property located near business centers, or high-ranked schools has a greater value compared to homes located in areas far from the civilization.

How is your agent?  Is he helping you or just wasting your time and money?  A lousy real estate will allow you to just price your home according to how you see it.  They are not going to advice you on how to price your property.  A lousy agent may market Real Estate in Nevada poorly. Lousy agents can create problems and this can affect how your homes are shown to potential buyers.
