how to get an autograph from someone on the seattle mariners?
i know the season is over.. but i have a ball i got from a game i went to with my dad and wanna get it signed to give it to him for xmas. is there anyway i can get it signed?
I’m going to be honest. I go onto a great autograph message board and used to do a lot of autograph stuff. It’s real tough to get an autograph from a baseball player in the winter. If you send it to the team at this point, they will not accomodate you and get it signed by a player. Even in season, if you email or write a letter to a team asking for autographs, they will not give you one. You need to send directly to a player in the season and he will decide whether or not to sign it.
So at this point, unless you somehow know a player’s address, you won’t be able to get it signed. If you ever do mail it out, make sure to include a letter, pen, and the ball with a SASE. You will not get anything back without a SASE, I guarantee it.
Meanwhile, I would wait and give it to him next Christmas or on his birthday. Mariners that sign through the mail are:
Ryan Rowland-Smith
Chone Figgins
Maybe a couple more siogn but you will get something back if you send it to those two.
If you need any help with this later, just email me.
