IF YOU HAVE A NOTARIZED AND SIGNED DIVORCE PAPERS BUT HAVE NOT FILED , DOES IT EXPIRE? LIVE IN TENNESSEE?
I would like to know if I can still file the papers that I have that was signed and notarized , this was done a year ago.
Call the clerk of court where you live and ask them. I think all it needs is to be filed, but call them and ask to be sure!
