I need to reinstalled vista home preiuim again, can i get the disc and use the same COA stuck on my computer?
Yes as long as its the same computer it was installed on prior. Your COA is for that computer, so you can install and reinstall as many times as you want, once you start making huge hardware changes you may need to reactivate because it will think its a different computer.
