Will Michael Ryder Become a Cap Casualty for Bruins?
Michael Ryder, come on down — you’re the next contestant on The Price Is Wrong. While the Bruins still await the decision from Blake Wheeler’s Tuesday arbitration hearing — which will determine the full extent of their salary cap issues — it is clear that general manager Peter Chiarelli will have to find a way to move out some salary at some point.

Haha. I remember reading that on nesn.com. Anyway, I think with the cap issues the Bruins have, Michael Ryder should be the first one to go. I think that Ryder does NOT play with heart even if he can score 25+ goals. He just acts like he doesn’t care. Wheeler on the other hand, has a built body at 6’5″ that can cause major traffic in front of the net. After Kessel got traded I expected Ryder to step up to the chanlenge a fill that space but he didn’t. If Ryder is in the Black&Gold next year he BETTER be playing for his life or else bye-bye Bruins. With the cap issues the the B’s have I think the should trade RYDER and free up that $4 million cap hit and get one more scoring winger that wants to be there.
