All-Time Team: Oakland Athletics?
This is my all-A's Team, it includes the Philly, KC, and Oakland A's. (and it doesn't include McGwire and Canseco for their steroid usage.) What would you change?

SS-Bert Campaneris (1964-1976)

OF-Bob Johnson (1933-1942)

llk51, Reggie Jackson's career was primarily spread across three teams, the A's, Angels, and Yankees. In this way, if you look at Jackson's solitary A's stats, Johnson's and his are virtually the same.
Now you're talkin'. Jimmie Foxx and Bobby Shantz are my favorites. And don't forget that Ty Cobb had a stint in Philly as well. Good list!
Being from Philly, I haven't had a Major League team to root for since they left town for Kansas City in 54. The pretenders that currently lose/play in the Little League stadium on Pattison Avenue were the team that should have left.
As it is, even though I am an Athletics fan, I root for any NL team that plays the Philthies.
