Travis Snider a Hot Trade Commodity?

So with Snider sure to spend the rest of this year in the minors, who do you think or what do you think the Jays could pick up for him in the offseason? I am hoping we get Rauch out of there and secure at least a real closer..
I agree with you he was rushed.. im not saying that i want to see him go because he and Cecil are my favourite players.. I was asking Theoretically because the saviour has arrived in Brett Lawrie LOL (CANADIAN) and i agree he needs to tweak his swing in the offseason.. this back and forth to Vegas must be really hurting his confidence

first, he will not be in the minors for the rest of the season. he will most definitly get called up in september when the rosters expand. second, because he has been playing for a couple of years, people seem to forget he is only 23 years old. he was rushed. there is so much time for improvement. we need to give him the offseason to improve and spring training, then see what happens. he is supposed to be a big part of the future. dont write him off yet. and we have a lot of money, we may not need to trade our prospects for a top notch closer

EDIT: if we were to trade Snider because he is not developing, id do it at the trade deadline in 2012. im guessing the Jays will be in a race and maybe a team will look to pick up a young guy that hasnt played to his potential yet for a veteran
