Baseball Card Question?

I bought a few packs of 2009 Tristar prospects today, and in one of them I got a Donavan Tate Obak insert. I didn’t think much of it, but on the back it states that he was chosed with the #2 overall pick in the 2009 draft, when he was actually taken with the #3 overall pick (which it correctly states on the front). I was just curious to see if this was a widely known misprint, or if it’s maybe something a little more rare. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
