Uda Coa

what dos COA ,UDA, PSA,mean on autograph baseballs? ?

COA usually doesnt carry much meaning, anyone can make out a Certificate of Authenticity….that by itself doesnt make it real.

UDA….the gold standard of autographed memorabilia, in order to get the UDA stamp of approval each item must be signed in front of an Upper Deck rep. or otherwise documented (only in the case of Upper Deck hologram signings) usually by the player who signs the cards or hologram strips sent to them and return them via the standards set by UD

PSA, another gold standard in the trading card industry…they are one of the top card grading companies. If you have a card that is graded by them it is more valuable than a card without a quality grade placed on it. On a baseball they only guarantee that the signature has the consistency of a know signature of that player by a study of their typical habits that may be a bit harder to identify with an untrained eye. That is better than a 3rd party COA but not a 100% guarantee.

8-3-09 Mailday (ALBERT PUJOLS AUTOGRAPHED BASEBALL)!! EPIC!!
