Can the Washington Wizards be consider as Maryland and Virginia’s team?
D.C. is in the middle of Virginia and Maryland and take equal amount of space for each state. I personally do think they are consider as Maryland and Virginia’s team. Wizards used to be called Baltimore Bullets and Virginia, Maryland, and D.C are literally attached. If both state had their own basketball team, that would of been a different story. But it could go either way.
The Wizards along with the Capitals have fans in both MD and VA.
