Red Wings Autographs at Joe Louis Arena?

My brother and I are headed up to hockeytown for the first time tomorrow and we both have jerseys we would like to have signed. Is there someone who knows the best way to go about this. i dont want to mail them in, for the fact that they aren’t responsible for the jersey if lost, do they sign autographs when they leave the arena somewhere? what about when they arrive? how about coming onto the ice, we have 5th row seats so getting over by the bench isnt a problem, but I don’t want to be an ass trying to get my jersey signed when they are trying to focus on the game either…. any info would be appreciated.
